6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • If you receive a faulty item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos or videos).
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or incorrect application of press-ons.
